Terms and Condition

  • Use of Stabilizer

    • A voltage stabilizer must be used with the TV. Warranty will not be applicable if a stabilizer is not used.

  • Warranty Exclusions

    • The warranty will be void in the event of:

      • Physical damage

      • Water, oil, or liquid damage

      • Power fluctuations or lightning damage

      • Improper handling or installation of the TV

  • App-Related Issues

    • Malfunctions of inbuilt or installed applications are not covered under warranty.

  • Third-Party Applications

    • Any software or hardware damage resulting from third-party applications installed via the web or USB devices will not be covered.

  • Unauthorized Repairs or Tampering

    • Warranty will be void if:

      • The TV is repaired or tampered with by the customer or any unauthorized third party

      • Any misuse or unauthorized removal of parts occurs.

  • Service & Warranty Claims

    • For warranty claims or servicing, the TV must be brought to the store.

    • On-site service visits are available but are chargeable.

  • Warranty Processing Time

    • Replacement under warranty will be processed within 1 to 5 days.

    • Warranty service or repairs will take a minimum of 5 to 10 days.

  • Inspection Requirement

    • An inspection team will examine the TV before approving any warranty claim.
