At The TV Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for an exchange under the conditions below.
Exchanges are available only for products that are defective or damaged and cannot be repaired.
Exchanges will not be issued for products or any included items that are damaged due to:
Misuse
Neglect
Unauthorized repairs
In the case of minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, 5% to 10% of the bill value may be deducted from the exchange process, depending on the extent of the damage.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Products will be inspected upon receipt at our store or warehouse to assess their condition and verify the issue.
Once verified, an exchange will be arranged for the same product or an equivalent model.
If an exact replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose a comparable product of equal value, or a refund may be processed for the purchase price (adjusted for any minor damage).
The exchange will be recorded on the original bill, and the warranty period of the original purchase remains effective from the first purchase date.
Any shipping, handling, or delivery charges are non-refundable.
