1. Cancellation Window

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.

2. After Confirmation

• Once an order is confirmed after the 3-hour window, cancellation is not possible before delivery.

3. No Cash on Delivery

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any orders.

4. Cancellation at Delivery

• If a customer cancels the order at the time of delivery, a charge of ₹250 to ₹800 (depending on delivery distance and logistics costs) will be deducted from the bill value.

• The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
