Refund policy

At The TV Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a refund under the conditions below.


1. Eligibility

Refunds are available only for products that are defective or damaged and cannot be repaired or replaced.

Refunds will not be issued for products or any included items that are damaged due to:

  • Misuse

  • Neglect

  • Unauthorized repairs

In the case of minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, 5% to 10% of the bill value may be deducted from the refund, depending on the extent of the damage.


2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.


3. Refund Process

  • Products will be inspected upon receipt at our store or warehouse to assess their condition and verify the issue.

  • Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • The refund amount will be the purchase price only, excluding shipping, handling, or delivery charges, and adjusted for any minor damage to the product or included items if applicable.
